"Growing up, Sundays in May were spent strolling through my great-grandmother’s garden, surrounded by the vibrant blooms of countless iris. The tradition continued after the purchase of my first house when my father gifted me a clump of Schreiner’s “Stepping Out” from my grandmother’s garden – igniting my own iris journey. In 2010, we visited Schreiner’s Gardens, marveling at the show gardens and colorful fields. Inspired, I began making my own crosses at home, aiming to capture a bit of that Oregon magic in my backyard. What started as a spark has grown into a passion and we’re thrilled to share our creations with the iris community." - Brad Collins
